Terror at the Global Village

If the KT is to be believed, apparently visitors to the Global Village were forced to vacate the place because of a 'tornado warning'.

Whether this tornado was metaphorical or literal, I'm not quite sure. The warning turned out to be baseless. Perhaps the only interesting thing about Global Village is how it is promoted as a unique shopping experience with a wide array of authentic goods from places all over the world. A quick scan of the items on display at each country's stall, however, will reveal products with the infamous tag:

Made in China

a friend of mine was there when it happened! He said it was hilarious - thankfully, no one was hurt in the stampede.
