Vandalism in the Desert
In this rather unusual story, Kato Ali, a Sharjah resident woke up to find his car splattered with paint. It seems it was vandalised overnight.
"It must have happened sometime between 11.30 pm and 5 in the morning," he said. "I came home late in the night around 11 pm," he said.
He surmised that someone had flung the can of paint while hiding near the wall where he had parked his car.
He should look on the bright side. This could be a chance to re-invent his car. Add some rotating spinners to new oversized wheels, a loud sound system coupled with engine modifications and he may end up being the envy of the country's young, avid racers.
